I never got any support or could not get questions answered from day one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ARLO 'support' is virtually non existent from the beginning. In fact 'support' is a misnomer. They send you to a community forum to FIND your answer out of 100's of pages of customers answers; many non relevant to your inquiry. Typical of "MADE IN CHINA" products!
