• Yes it does! 4 swivel head mounting brackets like pictured. The batteries do not come out for charging. Seems they traded what was the essentially needed functions for not necessary nonsense. Lol. Hope this helps. Good luck. Don't give up. It is intricate when it comes to thr app.
