A:Answer 1) Yes you can. But it would be better on the outside of the window. On the inside you have to maybe deal with glare, sunlight, and light reflection that could interfere with the video quality.
2) You have live view round the clock. But, I do not know about the round the clock footage storage that you would have to ask Arlo about.
3) Yes you can use a plug to keep it charged. Best Buy and Arlo both sell an 8 foot and a 25 foot charging cable that connects to the device magnetically and plugs in to an outlet. They can be purchased in either black or white color depending on which color of Arlo that you have purchased.
