The Ultra/Pro 3 camera do not have a dedicated LED that illuminates when motion is detected. The cameras do have a spotlight that can be motion activated. There is a faint clicking sound when the IR is activated. You can live stream the Arlo cameras through the Arlo Mobile app or web browser. When using a Base Station or SmartHub you can record to the cloud or locally to an SD card.
