- Answer An Arlo system can only be assigned to one Arlo account that will serve as the primary user. The primary account can then control other accounts that have been granted an access with the cameras to allow access rights or not. - Answer Arlo Ultra system comes with VMB5000 SmartHub and a free Arlo Smart trial. When the trial expires, you have the option to purchase an Arlo Smart subscription. Without an Arlo Smart subscription, you can still add up to 5 cameras to your Arlo account, live stream, and receive motion and audio notifications. Additionally, the Arlo SmartHub has a USB slot where you can connect a USB storage device and setup Arlo local back storage detailed here : https://kb.arlo.com/1146857/. ^RM

- Answer When night vision is enabled, your camera automatically turns on infrared (IR) LEDs to record in low light conditions. Video quality turns black in white in night vision mode. ^RM

- Answer It is recommended to not use the Arlo base station or SmartHub to format storage devices with more than 2 TB of storage capacity. The base station formats storage devices using the FAT32 file system, which supports a maximum of 2 TB of storage space. The formatting process reduces the capacity of larger storage devices to a maximum of 2 TB. ^RM
