• Yeas you can save them and view them at anytime either on your phone or computer. (I have iPhone and Apple computer)

• I can yse the flash drive in the base station to download the pictures or videos at a 3rd party location.

• Yes you can save the video to your computer or smart phone. If you have an Arlo pro 2 you could put a memory stick in the base unit to also keep a record of your video's or pictures
