• Yes you need 2.4 wifi and yes i use my iphone to login. I can see all my cameras real time as well as recordings on my iphone

• The Arlo Pro 2 requires an Arlo Base Station, which is connected to the router with the Ethernet cord. You can view your camera live stream using the Arlo app on your iPhone device. You will not be able to rotate the camera as you will need to manually move the camera. ^JP
