I have tried putting two Arlo apps on my phone, but it doesn’t seem to work. However if you have no more than five cameras, you can put them all on one app with two device routers. If you have more than five phones you can purchase their subscription.

Depending on how many cameras in total you have, it might be best to simply run them all off one account. I signed up for the package that allows up to 15 cameras, and I've actual got them set up at three separate home locations without logging in and out. The app will allow you to add multiple base stations in order to do this.
