VERY easy to install. No it does not come with the solar panels. The panels cost about $80. 00 each.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn’t come with a solar panel. In fact I bought a solar panel but returned it. I find it easier to use rechargeable batteries. From my experience recharging the batteries every 4 to 5 weeks Works fine with me. I find using the solar panel is difficult to position And keep clean..I very happy with the Arlo Pro 2. Price around $ 152.00 at Best Buy with price match with Amazon . I have the regular Arlo which use the regular CR123 batteries-also a Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2.In time I will replace the regular Arlo with a Arlo PRO 2. Hope this help.
