• No all of the set up is done through an app as well as the viewing

• There is an Arlo app available for PC and Mac the cost is five dollars… Although you can go to your my Arlo webpage and monitor your cameras and settings for free. We’ve put Arlo in the house it works awesome we love it

• There is no hdmi or other video output for this. You may view it through the Arlo app and I believe you get a free trial for cloud storage for a while. You could easily take your phone or an old phone or tablet you are not using and have it dedicated or cast the pic to a bigger screen between two "smart" devices
