At what distance is the picture clear null

Really depends on lighting and speed of the object/person. The dimmer the lighting and faster the object/person the clarity drops significantly. Slow object normal lighting and walking speed can easily identify facial features of a person 20 ft away.

Arlo Pro 3 camera can record up to 2K video quality.
