I’m also having connection issues, worked fine and got through set up but then randomly disconnects. During set up, I had to do a hard reset by holding the sync button until 3 orange lights flash (this may solve your issue). Now I’ve tried more hard resets and taking out battery and it will work fine for 10 min and then go offline. I have good internet connection throughout the house and all my other devices (including a google nest camera) work fine and have never had issues like this. Will likely be returning tomorrow as I have seen others with similar issues. Very disappointing.
