I am no electrician, but it's likely that you could. You would need a wire that has the same male end as the charging wire that is inserted into the back of your camera to charge the batteries. When I've had my cameras plugged into a 110 V outlet while charging batteries, I have occasionally had the cameras turned on. The work identical to when they are used wireless. I suggest you, 1) find out the name of the male adapter that's used to charge the batteries, and 2) search the web to see if this sort of male ended wire can be hardwired in, and 3) call your electrician and inquire as to if she/he can hardwire this sort of wire into your electrical system.
