• No wires from Cameras to base unit or for power. Uses Wifi and 4 batteries in each camera. There is an indicator in the app that monitors the strength of the battery in each camera.

• cameras operate with 4 cr123 batteries and connect to the base through wi-fi. the base is powered by and adapter plugged into an ac outlet and the base connects to your modem with a cat 5 cable. All parts to connect and get up and running are included in box.
