If you opt for the FREE cloud service, you have 1GB of free storage that is kept for 7 days. After 7 days, the oldest gets deleted automatically to make room for newer recordings. If you opt to buy additional storage, the next level up I believe keeps the recordings for 30 days and storage jumps to 10GB ($100 for a year I believe).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the plan you select. 7 days for the free plan. 30 days for the premier plan and 60 days for the Elite plan. Each plan also has different storage tiers as well. 1 GB, 10 GB and 100 GB respectively.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on a lot of factors, like how much activity is taking place, and how you have the camera set is for his sensitivity and recording time. You can always review what you have and deleted, or you can pay extra for additional storage if necessary, but that is probably not necessary unless you don't check your cameras or property very often.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the system brings a harddrive that stores all recordings. You can use the app to refer back to any previous recordings. I believe they reamain on the hard drive until space runs out, or until manyally deleted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can save them to your phone. I have them set at 30 seconds but we have done longer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You'd have to purchase a separate cloud storage account. Without it, the system saves for about 48 hours, depending on how much you're recording. I think it's about 8 gigs.
