If you can get the USB working, per documents, you need to unplug the USB drive and take to a computer to see files.

Please try again later.All Arlo video recordings can be stored to the cloud with a paid Arlo Smart subscription, but you can connect a USB device to a compatible Arlo base station or SmartHub for a second location to store recordings locally.
