A:AnswerThe operating temperature range is -20 to 45 degree Celsius. I have noticed that camera live view is a bit sluggish on very cold days, everything from wifi signal to starting up. Battery tends to drain faster outside than inside cameras. You could consider purchasing solar power charger to the camera or direct magnetized power connection with an extended power cord. It shouldn't damage the camera when it reaches extremely cold temperatures. I cannot confirm as where we live doesn't get beyond -20 ambient temperatures not counting windchill. Hope this helps.
A:Answeri did see a lag probably 5-7 seconds, definitely not 15-30 sec like the first gen Arlo. It also depends on our home internet speed and cell phone wireless signal strength.
