A:AnswerThe battery will last for long but it will be base on how much activity you have going on the more your camera is picking up and you so have a spot light for night time it would is going to use more juice that be said you could get 7 maybe 10 days out of it and thats going to be alot of activity going on i also bought a backup battery so i can swap it out and still have the camera working.

To recharge you can buy an external cable and attach at magnetic points external - or you can loosen a 2nd set screw on the camera housing and pull the camera and battery package out of the white enclosure - pull the battery and replace with a charged one. They send one spare battery. Took a couple hours to charge first time.
