• No, you cannot hardwire the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight to 120V AC. You can use the Arlo Magnetic Outdoor Charging Cable to connect to a standard 120V outlet.

• No, it's designed with a rechargeable battery. You can get a solar panel charger for it but hardwired is a no.
