Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told just take back the original screen even if it’s all busted up, back to the store to receive a new one... The store will be able to find your purchase if your a Best Buy member

They will ask you for the phone number you used to purchase the item so they can look it up under your account. If you didnt give them tour account info when you first purchased it you might be SOL.
