2 Year Manufacturer Warranty to obtain service under this warranty: Your Arozzi Dealer is our mutual partner in supporting your warranty requests. Please contact your place of purchase for initial or out of box warranty issues. After 60 days, please contact Arozzi directly at service@arozzi.com . Give them full details, including date and place of purchase, nature of defect and your contact information so that they can follow up with any questions. They say it will take a full business day to respond.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact the company. If you bought it within a year they will replace it really simple. Just need to upload a copy of the receipt and a picture of the damage and they'll replace it.
