I'm still trying to get it to work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this in an attempt to replace Verizon equipment and end the real fees. I called Best Buy to ask what I should purchase to accomplish my plan. The rep advise the purchase of this modem and a router that he said would work well. After a lengthy effort following the installation instructions, I called Best Buy again and was told that they could not help and I had to call verizon. After extensive research on the web, it seems I could only use my new modem for internet only and that I had to keep Verizon equipment for fios tv. Even that requires the cooperation of Verizon. I will be returning my unit. Good luck and do your research.
