Yes, it works with voice. You are limited in choices, this unit works great.

Yes, I am not very tech savvy. AT ALL I had a friend hook it up for me. He said it was very easy. I still have use of my land line, cable and internet. I was told that it is much faster than the unit that I replaced from Xfinity. Plus I save $12.00 a month on my cable bill. I would buy it.

This does work perfectly, but I did find it expensive. It does have you think whether you really need to keep the land ☎️ phone.
