• Are you speaking intermittently, or all the time? Regardless, make sure the unit is off the floor, and that you don't have close neighbors who may have gateways that are interfering. If so, try changing channels.

• I have comcast and their 50mbps service and have experienced the opposite. I'm pulling in 65-80mbps easily
