“Will it work with Sparklight I have no phone just internet”

• This modem is only compatible with Xfinity internet. It is not compatible with Sparklight. However, many of our other modems are compatible with Sparklight. It is always best to call them to confirm that they will activate the model you are considering, prior to purchasing.
