Yes, this modem will work with Century Link.

I doubt it would work with centurylink as they are a DSL provider. This modem router will work with docsis 3.0 companies that us coaxial coming out of the wall (not frontier though)

Not sure. I would contact both CenturyLink and the manufacturer to determine compatibility. Hope this helps.
