“bought 6 months ago at rec of ISP tech to correct frequent internet disruptions. Did not correct problem; tech site visits about once a month.Had to replace equipment. Arris says no refund since I bought through Best Buy. Any suggestions for satisfaction?”

• You don't go through Arris, Go through Best Buy for a return. Also always ask your ISP, Internet Service Provider what Cable Modems they recommend, there should be a list on their Web Site. I hope this helps.
