• This modem is hard wired from your ISP's coax connection coming into your house. It must then be connected it to a wireless router for wireless internet.

• This is just a modem, so it has to be connected to a router. If you want an all in one modem & router, the modem level up the sb6580 is what you want. The recommendations are all in ones.

• That is only a cable modem and no wireless settings are available. You would have to find out what wireless router is attached.

• This is just a modem. To get wireless you would need to attach a wireless router. Might want to chat with Geek Squad or someone else who is familiar with network setups for more details.

• This is just a modem, to have wireless functions you need to buy a router and connect it to the modem. Or buy the surfboard sbg6580 or higher for wireless capabilities.
