This will work with Comcast. I've used this for several years with no problems. You will just need to work with them to authorize the modem.

Please try again later.you will need to make sure that your new modem is compatible with your internet service provider. purchase the new compatible modem and then call your provider they will help you link your new modem with their system you will no longer have to rent the modem from your provider....it will pay for itself in a few months i was being charged $9 a month for the mediacom modem....not anymore
