I know it works with Comcast, but I use a Mac...can't imagine it wouldn't work with Windows 10

Yes. It absolutely should. Windows 10 is you're computers operating system. It's not picky about the type of modem you use. I've heard of folks having issues with very old wifi routers and Windows 10 but not this modem. Should you need a wifi router look at Comcast's website for equipment suggestions or call them. Basically Wireless N routers are best for products designed-for or preloaded with Windows 10. A wireless b/g router may not work very well. But as far as modems go this should be just fine. Comcast should have a suggested modem list on their website as well. Perhaps under support.

Or if you want to simplify and get one device for your modem and wifi router try the product I suggested here. The price is right and you'll still save money over the term of your contract because you won't pay equipment fees or the taxes associated with those fees.

Windows does not care what MODEM or router you have, it only cares about TCP/IP. As long as its (TCP/IP) present, any thing will work.
