This only has one Ethernet port, most if not all modems do! You would need this and a router!

If you plug your PC into it, only the internal Windows software firewall would be protecting it and your Roku will have no protection. That would be a serious mistake. You need some kind of router between the modem and everything else in your network. Although there are excellent wired routers (Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X ), the cheapest option may be getting a inexpensive wireless router with multiple ports and turning off the wireless function. The reason is that the wireless routers are being produced in such high volume they are cheaper than wired ones. Another option would be to get a combination modem/router like the ARRIS - SURFboard AC1900 Dual-Band Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. This combines both devices in one. But whatever you do, CHANGE THE DEFAULT PASSWORD on whatever router you get and use a strong password. Write it down, tape it to the router so you don't forget it.

My favorite router is the Apple AirPort Extreme, but there are other, cheaper options. Another possibility is to get an Arris combination modem / router, but generally such combination modem/routers are designed to offer wifi for an average one-bedroom apartment. Most routers offer a total of four Ethernet ports on the back. The Apple AirPort Extreme offers three. Hope that helps.
