• The ARRIS - SURFboard 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White is compatible and approved by Comcast. I'm using it with Comcast service.

• Hi Jake, Yes this modem is compatible with Comcast for speed tier of upto 250 Mbps and with Wow for speed tier of Upto 200 Mbps
