• Deluxe version doesn't come with soundtrack or a map. Just the cobra pack, naval mission, and preorder mission...if you preordered

• Correct, only the game and DLC. I preordered the Deluxe version and was described as only including the game with DLC.

• There are many different edition of the game on the market. This one did not have the sound track as one of the bonuses. Even between different retailers the same edition may have different bonuses that come with the game. Hope this helps to answer your question
