“My son received this game (physical copy) for Christmas. He has the Xbox Series S... the description says it is Series S compatible but all of the other info says it is not. Before we open it, can he play it on Series S? THANKS!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tricky situation here...the Xbox Series S is the digital only version of the Xbox, so having the physical version of this game does NOT help you. There will be no place to insert the disk so that you can play. You would need to return the physical copy of the game and you can probably either switch it out or purchase the digital version so that you can download the game and play it that way.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your son recieved the physical copy but had the new xbox series s which is a digital only xbox dont open the game. You need to get the digital download version.
