• Yes, they stop charging once they reach 100%. but make sure you put them in the dock correctly.

• I dont think so because I have mines hooked up to my ps5 so when I turn off my system the charger goes off as well but when I'm on and not using my headphones I haven't had any issues with over charging them so hard to really say if you can over charge or not I have to check and see if the thing actually pauses the charger or something once it's full
