“This headset isn’t pair with the base station anymore what are my options”

• If you still have this issue, you will need to reset the base and reinstall firmware. On the base bottom, there is a small pinhole ear the rear pad. With the base plugged in to your PC (app running), use a paper clip to press that button, put the headset back on the base and reinstall the firmware.
