Check your cables and your PS4 settings. It also helps to make sure you're not sitting too far away, and you don't have too many wireless devices between you and the base station that can interfere with the signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had them for about the same time with no issue. I would advise you to uninstall them from the system they are paired to and re pair and re update. If the issue continues return them to bestbuy as you may have received a faulty set.
