“Do the Astro A50’s have noise cancellation? Can they work with the Xbox Series X? Can the microphone mitigate other noises in the room the way that the Turtle Beach 800 Elites can? I have been running on the 800s for over 3 years and need a replacement.”

I can answer some of your questions. No noise cancellation like AirPods Pro or Bose where you click a button/flip a switch and it feels like you’re in outer space. They do block a lot of surrounding noise, I can’t hear people talk to me when I play. depending on background noise level, the mic does mitigate a lot. I have loud kids and it takes them being fairly noisy for people to hear them, but they don’t mitigate 100% of every sound. I never have tried the TB 800 Elites so I can speak on that. As far as I know, they will work with Series X.
