• Return this headset if at all possible and buy a different one. One day I got home from work and the headset would not pair with the base. Extensive troubleshooting did nothing. I am now the owner of a $300 paperweight.

• Hey there! The base station cannot be connected wirelessly. You will have to connect the Micro USB cable into the Base Station and the USB end into the PlayStation. Then you'll have to plug the TOSLink Optical Cable into the PS5 Optical Port and plug the other end into the Optical-In Port on the Base Station.
