Yes. Just adjust the setting on the headset while the base is connected to the laptop or pc via HDMI

I am using the A50 with a desktop computer, so it should be good to go on your laptop. Some things to note: First follow instructions as you set it up and go to the Astro web site and down load the latest drivers OS for it. Second there is a switch on back of headphone base station that needs to be changed from consol to PC. Third the headphones are a bit touchy about being set in the base station for charging. You may have to play with the headphone to get it to set just right so all the lights in the headhones come on. Have fun using them and it should give you about 10 hours of non-stop of use on one battery charge.
