• most definitely but there’s no real point unless your TV is very old. Most TVs these days can be used to surf the net and watch streaming. That’s needed is an Internet connection a wireless keyboard and mouse can be of help too. Good luck to you

• No HDMI port on this Chromebook, only a USB port and USB-c ports. Haven't tried personally, but perhaps do-able with a USB to HDMI convertor.
