“I tries to update the windows 10 S mode into windows 10 home but I get a msg saying "unable to switch out of S mode", I contacted Microsoft and they wrote me there might be additional payment for the upgrade. How come? You wrote it was for free !”

• well, when I did it it was free, and took like 5 min max
