You would have to remove Windows 10S version to Windows 10 before you install TurboTax disk software by using an external CD drive that supports Windows 10. However, E203MA does not have a lot of storage space but plenty for document type work, including taxes. Please look up the requirements for the software to find out what the minimum requirements are first.
