Does this have a cd/dvd burner player null

I bought one for my daughter. Typically, the newer laptops don’t have them. A guy working in the store said they’re making the notebooks and laptops thinner and less bulky , so in order to do so, they rid the cd-rom. You can buy one that connects to your device like an adapter, though. Hope this helps!
