They should but you will not be impressed by the speed. I am using mine to control a camera but I wouldn't think of doing photo processing with this system. The system will connect to an HDMI display and there is a usb port for the mouse. Updating to WIndows 10 was very easy although I am having issues doing a clean install of Windows.
