To add applications, you need to go to the Microsoft Store, it doesn't support the Apple Store. Fox News, Chase Bank and other online banking applications can also be accessed through the web browser, without installing the applications. It doesn't come with preinstalled or preloaded applications.

In order to install any apps you will have to download them from Microsoft Store preloaded on the laptop. Please check the windows store to if they have the apps you are looking to install.
