• The memory (RAM) can NOT be upgraded. The 4GB is soldered onto the motherboard and there are no slots for upgrades. The storage (SSD, hard drive) CAN be upgraded. There is an open M.2 NVMe slot on the motherboard. It takes up to a 500GB M.2 drive.

• There is no spot for the memory upgrade. Basically your memory is fixed at 4 GB.

• No, you can't upgrade the RAM, but you can upgrade the SSD ( Storage) . I just opened the laptop and verified
