• It should work anywhere in the world it’s standard 110-220v compatible but the charger comes with US plug so you might need to get a converter attachment plug

• Absolutely, it is a Taiwanese brand and can be used in Taiwan. It comes with a local warranty and in the event it breaks down, warranty is not covered in Taiwan.
