So much reading and agreeing to all the use documents and giving permission for everything...still haven't been able to access what i want on this. If you want help, they want you to buy geek squad contract which costs more than the laptop itself...suggest you read up on microsoft 11 to find out; of course, you will have to read and sign off on all the stuff you have to agree to to use it.
