“I am stuck at the network screen of the windows out of box experience. I don't have a network to hook this computer to. How do get this device to load and turn on. Windows 11s seems to not even allow a CMD prompt I am pretty annoyed with this.”

I think MSFT requires a network setup to complete Windows 11 activation. Go a public library and try from there
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try forcing it into Repair mode. There are a number of ways to do this, and you can find them on the internet. One basic way is to turn it on and then turn it off after one second (before it can load the operating system). Once in Repair mode, follow instructions to perform a complete reinstall of the OS. If it still won't fully boot after that, return it to the store for an exchange or refund.
